Selects how many times that the Emergency Alarm is transmitted when
an acknowledgement "Ack" of a successful emergency alarm transmission
has not
been received (see the Console Acknowledge
Required field and the Emergency
Operation field).
For a normal Trunking
call, if the radio is unsuccessful in sending a transmission, the radio
retries for one Inbound Signal Data (ISD) sequence before quitting. For
Emergency Alarms, the radio retries for the number of ISD sequences selected
for this counter. This selection applies for the current Trunking
Emergency Profile.
